Here is the whining part:
My legs are still bothering me, still in a lot of pain and I don't know why. Rook massaged some tender points in my ankles and feet near my heel, but it's still like the muscles are contracting. It is the same feeling as the beginnings of wheelchair foot-drop. Much worse on the left side. Can't think what, if anything, I've been doing differently to make it hurt this bad. I keep stretching, and doing leg exercises, and I can walk just fine which I very much appreciate. I keep trying to move my ankles around and around, but it hurts like hell every minute. The stretching *really hurts*. When I'm sitting I try to keep flexing my foot back, hoping that will help. The long outer muscles or ligaments or whatever they are, on the outsides of my thighs, also hurt, and the sciatica pain is acting up on the right side. So, it is like 4 different kinds of pain at once. Whenever I'm not distracted by reading or writing, I long for oblivion. It seems so recent... just a few weeks ago... when I was crowing over the beautiful absence of physical pain. How I dread the plane ride.
I'm thinking a good swim might loosen me up, but the cold will make it hurt even worse.
