Ask FEMA!

I said this just now on too beautiful's blog but it bears saying again...

You should see people here in the Astrodome. When you say the words "ask at the FEMA desk" or "ask that police officer over there", they smile with one side of their mouth and look like they're going to throw up, cry, and laugh, all at once. Their eyes glaze over...
