Jo

THere's always Maus. If you really want to torture him.

elswhere

History of the World, Parts I, II, and III?

Though they might be a little grownup and wordy even for him.

The Kids' Cartoon Bible? by Chaya Burstein.

About religions...let me think on it.

squid

Well, hell, why don't me you and Jo do it? A short sweet one. And they'll be our holiday gifties to all the kids we know.

badgerbag

Yay! Good idea!

Denise

When you find something decent, let me know. I've been looking for world religions books of this nature for 22 years.

In a text file, on my computer that is dead at the moment, sigh, I have a few to recommend. If I don't manage to get that computer online soon I will just track them down again and post them for you. One is Buddhism and the other is Hindu I believe. I once saw a great cartoon book about Druids that was actually good and I didn't buy it because I didn't have a dollar to my name at the time. I can't even remember the title now. It makes me sad.
