Oh goody!!!!! I can't wait.

Ide Cyan

In the meanwhile, you can read this essay about A Civil Campaign: http://ltimmel.home.mindspring.com/campaign.html

badgerbag

WAAAAAAIIITaminute. Ide, are you actually L.T. ? If so I will be giggling till next week.

badgerbag

And yes - I agree with L.T., or LTD, or TD, that the irony is there for the reading, intended or not. I lean heavily towards thinking it's intended! Did you read "To the R3surrection Station" - a masterpiece of parody also mixing romance novel and SF sense & sensibilities. "Mystery Date" by Carla Sp33d Macneil might fit in there too - naughtier - it's been a while since I've read it, but it occurs to me to pull it out and think again.

Ide Cyan

LT? Whuh? Oh, L. Timmell Duchamp? Nope. Am not. I just pimp her essays, because they're cool.

And smart.

I don't know either of the two works you mention.

Sunset Academy of Music

My uncle's music school in San Francisco, Sunset Academy of Music. He's a really great guitar teacher for adults or kids, a good listener with a sense of humor and intuitive understanding of teaching.
